Miranda Kerr and Chloe : Eternally Cute

We all know that it’s not even funny how cute Miranda Kerr is – and even more so now that she’s married to Orlando Bloom! What is there, some hottie hook-up agency? Couples that beautiful should not even be allowed. Jest! In any case, even when she’s in her most casual of garb, Miranda makes the right sartorial choices, such as with this simple black belted romper. She accessorizes with the Chloe Marcie hobo cross-body leather bag, which is both ways easy (hello, it’s a crossbody) and sumptuous (if you haven’t felt Chloe’s leather, please go do so… as soon as you can), making it the perfect pair for the romper.

And of course she has a little Victoria’s Secret plug in there on the canvas PINK tote – whether that was purposefully inserted for the paps, I don’t know, but it makes us all feel a little better that even she can’t stuff all her essentials in a little crossbody for a busy day.

Another Minkette Celeb ? Nikki Reed

Playing a vampire who’s described as being the most beautiful being on Earth is a pretty big challenge. But unlike many Twi-hards (yes, that’s an as-good-as-official term for Twilight fans) out there, I think Nikki Reed’s doing a great job. Plus, she’s literally changed when you see her as a vamp, with blond hair and pale skin. Apparently she got in trouble for being too tan while filming Eclipse. Oh, to have that trouble. In any case, while Nikki’s radiant, her style could be amped up a bit.

The Rebecca Minkoff deep purple Morning After Bag is a great choice, and Nikki Reed’s patterned dress is adorable, but please – take off those boots and put on a nice nude pump. Her red-carpet looks have been spot-on, though, like most of the other Twi-stars. Oh, and in case you were wondering, a Twi-star is a Twilight star. Someone should start a dictionary.

Blake Lively Totes Fendi in Paris

One sentence: Gossip Girl, filming on location in Paris. While this isn’t the most over-the-top-crazy-fashion I’ve seen from on-set photos, it’s stylish, easy, and classically Serena. Kitted out in a light teal ruffled Haute Hippie dress and carrying a Fendi Twins Straw Tote, she exudes effortless glamour. Add in Blake Lively’s flowing blonde hair, flat jeweled sandals, top it off with a hat and you’re set! The best thing about this outfit, though, is the mix of high and low.

There’s the Fendi bag which is classically well-made, but doesn’t scream Fendi due to the lack of logo, and the dress from trendy and mid-range brand Haute Hippie (they have awesome items – be sure to check it out!). While I’m sure the hat is also expensive, the whole look doesn’t jump out as being too extravagant. Well, she’s carrying a wine bottle. Extravagance? I think so. Except in Paris, that may just be normal.

Rachel Bilson Goes Architechtural in Zac Posen

As much as I love watching celebs prance about in lovely flouncy frocks (Dakota Fanning in Elie Saab) or glide around in dreamy princess gowns (Anne Hathaway in Valentino), it’s the quirkier event outfits that make me swoon. Celebs don’t have to take the easy way out, you know.

And while Zac Posen isn’t quite an “unknown” designer anymore, he still makes awesome wares, of which Rachel Bilson’s outfit is no exception. What’s really cool is that Rachel’s cutout top is from Resort 2010 and her ice grey skirt is from Fall 2010 – mixing seasons is a pretty rare thing, but it’s a chic thing indeed. Oh, and her Brian Atwood Marlo pumps are chic as well, as Atwood goes.

Salma?s No Stranger to Body Con Dresses and Bottega Veneta

And this is no different. While Salma Hayek’s YSL Resort 2010 dress may not be body conscious in the way that Megan Fox’s skintight frocks are, it’s certainly asset-enhancing – in a good way, my friends. This Mexican beauty knows how to work her curves.

Her accessories are top notch as well. She’s got the matching YSL Trib Two heels and of course, a Bottega Veneta Knot Clutch. It doesn’t look like it’s the same clutch she was spotted in before with her initials, “SH,” engraved into the side, but that’s just evidence of liking a designer. Nothing to be ashamed of, Salma. We’re a little obsessed with Knot clutches here, too.

Jessica Alba is Forest Green Fantastic in Lanvin

Of red carpet fashionistas, Jessica Alba is one of my favorites. She consistently has amazing, colorful, and geometric looks on the red carpet and this one is no exception. She’s wearing a gorgeous forest green Lanvin Fall 2010 dress and Lanvin wedges in Paris to promote her new movie ‘The Killer Inside Me.’

We’ve covered Jess a lot in the past, and I’m noticing a trend. She’s got awesomely quirky red carpet look and equally awesome casual looks. Does she use a stylist? Because if not, great props. All she needs is a bag for this look and we’d be ecstatic.

Emilie de Ravin Smiles with a Mystery Bag

Ah, mystery black bags are the best sort of mystery bag, don’t you think? Well, they’re certainly very difficult to identify. And I admit that I had a pretty hard time even identifying Emilie de Ravin, as I’ve never seen Lost and haven’t yet checked out Remember Me, in which she stars alongside Robert Pattinson.

Emilie looks especially smiley for an outfit incorporating as much black as it does, but she balances it out with a sparkly top that looks to be covered with blue and gold paillettes. If not, then that’s just a remarkable optical illusion.

The only complaint I have about the outfit is the bag, which remains unidentifiable despite the help from some ladies over at The Purse Forum. Most of the bag is obscured by the angle of the photograph, but why did she choose a black bag? A great brightly colored leather bag would be much appreciated.

Halle Berry Rocks Rebecca Minkoff

Time to add another celeb to the long list of those who love Rebecca Minkoff bags: Halle Berry! If there’s one thing I love, it’s when a bag both meshes with and enhances an outfit, and that’s exactly what Ms. Berry has done here, right down to the skinny bejeweled flip flops.

The outfit is casual, like most of Halle’s choices, but she goes slightly tougher with her motorcycle style windbreaker. It’s the Rebecca Minkoff Easy Rider Studded Leather Hobo which pushed the outfit just the slightest towards an edgier look; much more X-Men-esque. The cool contrast between the big studs on the bag and the tiny jewels on her sandal is genius, and leggings preserve the comfy casual style that Halle holds dear. To be honest, I’m just really quite glad that she didn’t break out that giant striped sweatercoat again.

Sophia Bush Mixes Prints with Coach

So it seems that Sophia Bush has a friend in Coach, as this is the second time we’ve covered her carrying a bag by the American brand. Unfortunately, this leopard Coach Brooke that she’s toting is from a year or so ago, and is currently unavailable. But don’t despair! Coach continues to make the Brooke style in a variety of colors.

When I first looked at this photograph, my eyes didn’t immediately go to the bag, but rather, to the Jeffrey Campbell Nation Ankle Booties in her hand. I own these booties, and they are fifteen varieties of comfortable—so why is Sophia carrying them? One of the many mysteries of life.

And on a quick style note, teeny stripes and leopard go together remarkably well—kudos to Ms. Bush for continuing her super style streak.
